STRATEGIC PLANNING
Strategic planning allows you to take control of your
own firm's future.
- It poses tough questions, provides real answers
by prioritizing and addressing your firm's key issues.
- It pushes your firm to establish its future and
develops a roadmap to determine how it will get there.
- It gives your firm's next generation of leaders
a feeling of ownership.
- It helps everyone make better-informed decisions,
ensuring that short-term decisions are made consistent
with long-term goals.
- It provides an opportunity to communicate something
truly important to your staff, motivating them with
a clear picture of the firm's direction and future.
Developing and implementing a strategic plan occurs
in three phases:
- Preparation. To learn all we can about your
firm, we thoroughly review your systems and conduct
individual interviews with your management and staff.
This culminates in a management report that includes
specific recommendations for addressing your firm's
key issues.
- Planning retreat. With your firm's top management,
we will address your key issues, set demanding but
attainable goals, develop strategies, and work out
practical action plans to put things into motion right
away.
- Implementation. With our ongoing support,
you will implement your action items one-by-one, which
will clear the path for your firm to reach its goals
and achieve its vision.
